For three decades Kathy Vizachero has been partnering with clients in both corporate and nonprofit settings. Kathy’s consulting and coaching are grounded in her experience as an HR and talent executive, working as a thought partner to top leaders. She has led human resources for a MedTech multinational, corporate learning functions at T Rowe Price and Cristal Global, and large-scale federal change at MITRE and Booz Allen. She has worked with teams in Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.  Her work spans multiple industries, including health care, financial, IT, professional services, and nonprofit sectors. She has enabled companies achieve #1 ranking by the Association for Talent Development and also Best Places to Work. Her significant in-the-field experience is complemented by a master’s in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins, MBA coursework from the University of Chicago, and ICF PCC- level coaching certification. She brings depth in adult development, somatics, and systems thinking.  She understands the corporate context because she has lived it.
